Je pense prévoir un craquage dans quelques jour afin de repartir de plus belle …
N’oubliez jamais que les rechutes sont une étape intégrante du sevrage et qu’il faut y aller petit à petit avec une vision de réussite sur le long termeNew rank achieved: Caporal - J1 Premier pointage, ai réfléchi hier à des moyens de consommer des glucides de manière plus saine (sans sucre raffinés/transformé) car étant qqun de très sportif ça peux vite être compliqué…
Je me tourne vers les fruits le matin au petit déjeuner et au goûter quand j’ai besoin de recharger les batteries.
