    J0 Okay, when I say “no more sugar”, I’m mainly talking about sweets. I will always eat fruit, and it doesn't matter if there is a little sugar in a dish (sauce, marinade, honey in small quantities, etc.). Basically I cut out the sweets that trap me, but I keep a normal diet.

    J2 For the sake of honesty I stopped the challenge I drank a ginger shot where there was a slight presence of sugar, slight yes but presence all the same. I will start again after Easter!

    J60 I lost 10 kg by stopping sugars. I still continue with “zero sugar” drinks, however.

    J7 Okay, now it's starting to be awful... the fruits do their job well but I'd love something sweet...
    I'm thinking of planning a breakdown in a few days in order to get going again...
    Never forget that relapses are an integral part of withdrawal and that you have to go little by little with a vision of long-term success.

    J3 Yesterday meal with friends who drank strawberry paso, I just drank water it was quite hard

    J1 First pointer, yesterday I thought about ways to consume carbohydrates in a healthier way (without refined/processed sugar) because being someone who is very sporty it can quickly become complicated...

    I turn to fruit in the morning for breakfast and snack when I need to recharge my batteries.
